About the Role

As a Junior Creative Designer, your mission is to produce, manage, and publish visual content across all digital platforms. You will create videos, motion graphics, 3D renders, and photography, use AI tools to enhance content production, and manage Interstellar Lab’s social media presence. You will help plan, schedule, and post content, engaging audiences and making complex scientific and technological concepts accessible and inspiring.

This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy, and versatile junior who enjoys both hands-on production and digital strategy, and thrives in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, and 3D visuals for social media, website, and internal/external communications.
• Capture and edit photos and on-site video footage of projects and events.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate and enhance content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (science, engineering, product) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the company’s mission.
• Contribute ideas for innovative digital campaigns and storytelling formats to increase audience reach and engagement.

Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in digital communication, motion design, multimedia, photography, or related fields.
• Junior level (0–2 years of experience) in video production, 3D content creation, photography, or social media management.
• Proficiency in creative software: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, or equivalents.
• Experience in photography and videography; comfortable capturing content on-site.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
• Strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Curious, flexible, proactive, and passionate about digital innovation and emerging technologies.
