Job Description:

Join an elite team from Oxford, Harvard, and Berkeley to build the production infrastructure powering next-generation AI avatars. As a generalist engineer, you will develop backend services and data pipelines for our Orpheus TTS model, which already serves millions of users. This is a high-impact role shipping code to real-world users immediately.

Location: San Francisco, USA or London, UK

What you will do:

• Ship production-ready code directly to a user base of millions, ensuring high reliability and low-latency performance for realtime applications.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and backend development, with a passion for building complex infrastructure.
• Is either a final-year university student with an elite academic background or has 1-2 years of professional engineering experience.
• Demonstrates a ""builder"" mindset through high-quality side projects, open-source contributions, or successful hackathon entries that show a genuine love for coding.
