The Role - Your Passion

• Manage full-cycle invoicing for vehicle damages from issuance to cash-in.
• Coordinate liability and coverage clarifications with insurers and law firms.
• Audit estimates and appraiser reports for compliance with rates, taxes, and guidelines.
• Maintain audit-proof documentation and well-indexed claim files.
• Validate billing accuracy and VAT handling within strict SLA deadlines.
• Monitor receivables, manage dunning processes, and resolve payment disputes.
• Act as the professional point of contact for customers, insurers, and legal counsel.
• Analyze recurring objections to improve workflows and increase recovery rates.

What you need to ride the wave with us

• Background in legal, commercial, or insurance office roles (e.g., Paralegal, Office/Insurance Clerk).
• Experience in claims, billing, collections, or case administration.
• Literacy in invoices, credit notes, payment allocations, and statement reconciliation.
• Understanding of deductibles, depreciation, liability basics, and contract terms.
• High standards for precise writing and audit-ready file organization.
• Fluency in English and German both written and spoken. French, or Italian is a plus.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, document processing, and CRM/claims systems.
• Reliable, ownership-driven working style with the ability to prioritize remote tasks.

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is up to 40,000 EUR gross per year for employment in Germany. As we get to know each other better during the application process and can more accurately assess your skills and experience, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band fits you best. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year during an annual feedback meeting.
