As Waxly's first marketing hire, you will own the brand’s presence and community growth from day one. Working directly with the founders in Hackney Wick, you’ll create engaging short-form video content, manage social channels, and visit record stores to capture the essence of vinyl culture, directly impacting how collectors discover and trade music online.

What you will do:

• Plan, produce, and schedule original short-form video content and social media campaigns for TikTok and Instagram.
• Write compelling editorial pieces, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns to engage the growing collector community.
• Visit local record stores and industry events to capture authentic content and build relationships within the vinyl ecosystem.

The ideal candidate:

• 0–2 years of marketing experience with a portfolio of strong personal projects or professional social media growth.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for a passionate, niche musical audience.
• Deeply immersed in music and vinyl culture, with a proactive mindset ready to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
