Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, high-output Lead Fullstack Engineer (Implementation & Delivery) to drive the execution and hardening of our agentic platform. While our Innovation Lead focuses on experimental UI and complex algorithms, the Execution Lead is the engineering anchor responsible for taking defined user journeys and turning them into robust, demonstrable, and integrated software.

You will own the "Thin Slice" delivery process, ensuring that administrative flows, tenancy, and core system logic are flawlessly implemented across the stack. This role requires a pragmatist who excels at bridging the gap between a high-level design and a finished, tested feature that works within our broader ecosystem.

Our Core Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React + TypeScript (Vite), Storybook, Material UI.

• Backend & APIs: .NET (Minimal APIs), TypeScript (Express.js), gRPC, and REST.

• Testing: Playwright (E2E & API), Vitest.

• AI/Process: Agentic-driven code generation validation and automated workflow implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of core administrative user journeys, including tenancy setup, user management, and group permissions.

• Take high-level wireframes and "just-good-enough" requirements and translate them into crisp, production-ready code across the full stack.

• Hardened the output of AI-generated code from our Agentic-driven process, ensuring it meets our standards for error handling and performance.

• Integrate complex UI components built by the innovation team into the main application architecture and supporting .NET/Express services.

• Collaborate with the UI Designer and Technical Lead to provide "implementation-first" feedback on requirements to accelerate delivery cycles.

• Ensure all features are "Done" according to our definition of quality, including proper documentation and API contract adherence.

Core Qualities & Skills

• You are a high-velocity implementer who thrives on taking a feature from 80% to 100% completion and "crossing the T's."

• You have deep technical proficiency in both .NET Minimal APIs and TypeScript/Node.js backend environments.

• You possess a strong understanding of state management and component lifecycle in React, with a focus on stability and reuse.

• You are comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate output while maintaining a critical eye for code quality.

• You have a "test-first" mentality and are proficient in writing reliable E2E tests for complex user behaviors.

• You excel in a fast-paced environment where the priority is moving from a demonstrable prototype to a hardened, shippable product.

Salary starting from $3,000 USD, Remote is okay.

Monday-Friday, 40hours per week.

This job requires working US Eastern time.
