Your impact

Lead Instructors play a key role in Correlation One training. They train learners in Correlation One’s programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators is to conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 30 to 300 learners, depending on the program.

Based upon the location of the program, lecture time commitments will occur as follows: Required dates and times for lectures

• May 26, 2026 - Nov 6, 2026 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET / 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM GMT

A day in the life

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom”; these typically consist of between 30-300 learners (though potentially more, depending on the program). This includes:

• Conduct lectures during dates and times indicated above
• Instruct learners using Cloud Support Specialist content provided by Correlation One
• Prepare in advance for all assigned live sessions and provide curricular input and feedback ahead of sessions.
• Offer additional expertise and resources from the Cloud Support community.

• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule.

Your expertise *(requirements)*

• 6-8 years of professional work experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, etc..
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering, Computer engineering, Information systems, Network administration, or Cybersecurity or equivalent professional experience
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Linux+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• Teaching experience with adult learners
• A desire to support students in expanding their careers and transitioning into technical roles
• Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills

Where you are

• This is a remote position with the preference that the ideal candidate is willing to provide instruction in the Central European time zone

Compensation

• The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets.
