Сопроводительное письмо

I am writing to express my strong interest in the Lead Teacher position for the Infant/Toddler program at Kidango's Ravenswood Center. With a solid background in Early Childhood Education and extensive experience working with infants and toddlers in licensed settings, I am deeply committed to Kidango’s mission of providing high-quality early learning opportunities for all children, regardless of their socio-economic background.

In my previous roles, I have successfully led classroom activities, implemented play-based curricula, and fostered warm, responsive relationships with both children and their families. I am well-versed in Title 5 and Title 22 regulations and possess the required Teacher Permit and specialized infant/toddler units. I am particularly excited about the Ravenswood Center’s focus on language, literacy, and outdoor classrooms, and I am eager to contribute my leadership skills to support your innovative programs.

I am confident that my proactive approach to classroom management and my dedication to professional growth make me an ideal candidate for this leadership role. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how my experience aligns with the needs of your team and the families you serve.

Описание вакансии

A little about us… Kidango (kidango.org) is an early learning nonprofit committed to setting every child on a path to thrive in kindergarten and in life. We believe that all children can reach their full potential if they and their families have access to the right opportunities and resources. As the largest child care provider in the San Francisco Bay Area, we provide thousands of children, especially those from low-income families, with safe, healthy, nurturing environments and relationships. Through our policy work, we aim to take our expertise beyond the children and families that we serve, and drive change in early childhood education at the local, state and federal levels.
