Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Intelligent Automation to spearhead our initiatives within a rapidly growing Fintech company. In this pivotal role, you will lead our transition from traditional RPA to a comprehensive AI-driven automation ecosystem, overseeing the end-to-end development of both RPA solutions and AI agents designed to automate complex manual processes.

As a dynamic engineering leader within our Business Technology team, you will report to the Head of Business Technology Engineering and collaborate with leadership to elevate our existing practices. Your mission is to establish a framework that democratizes automation and AI across all business functions, driving significant ROI and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers and analysts to implement automation and AI projects, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business value.
• AI Agent Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Process Optimization: Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify pain points and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and AI-driven innovation.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities, prioritizing projects based on ROI and their potential to integrate with existing systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Governance & Testing: Establish a comprehensive testing framework and ensure all deliverables align with governance, change management, and industry best practices.
• Solution Design: Recommend improvements including business process changes, system configurations, and the deployment of autonomous agents to address upstream and downstream impacts.

We’d love to chat if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in automation delivery, with 2+ years specifically in Automation Anywhere RPA platform
• AI Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying AI agents to automate manual processes, complemented by a working knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Operational Rigor: Demonstrated ability to maintain strong operational rigor in a fast-paced environment, including managing production support, monitoring bot/agent performance, and maintaining strict adherence to SDLC and security standards.
• Technical Stack: Strong understanding of technology stacks including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related business applications.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience using Agile frameworks and change management to drive complex projects to completion.
• Analytical Depth: Strong business and process analysis skills with an analytical mindset capable of solving complex problems through innovative optimizations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and quantify the business value of AI and automation to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the Fintech industry is preferred

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$159,400—$191,200 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$135,500—$162,500 USD
