What you will do #LI-Remote

Following the exciting acquisition of The Hotels Network, you will join as a Market Manager to spearhead our growth in Greece. In this role, you will be the face of THN's pioneering technology, now powered by Lighthouse. You will own the complete sales process, from identifying and engaging potential hotel partners to closing new business. Your mission is to build a strong market presence and help hotels in Greece increase their direct bookings and revenue.

Where you will have impact

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish and expand our presence in the Greek market, sourcing new opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking all activities and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, directly contributing to our revenue growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback from the Greek market to our product development teams.
  • Represent Lighthouse and The Hotels Network at industry events, conferences, and roadshows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upgrades and ensuring their continued success.
  • Leverage AI driven insights and automation across CRM, conversation intelligence and commercial data to improve forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, ensure smarter account execution, and continuously optimise sales processes in partnership with Sales Operations.

Essential

  • You have proven experience in a full-cycle sales or new business development role.
  • You possess strong knowledge of the travel, hospitality, or SaaS industry.
  • You are a natural communicator and presenter, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are fully fluent in both Greek and English.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You are resilient, perform well under pressure, and are driven to achieve targets.
  • You have an interest in leveraging AI and data to enhance sales performance and strategy.
  • You are willing and able to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.

  • Experience presenting to C-level executives of hotel chains or at industry conferences.
