As a Master Planner, you’ll own the end‑to‑end Master Production Schedule and ensure our production plans are clear, reliable, and aligned with operational realities. You’ll turn demand and capacity insights into executable plans, balancing constraints and priorities with confidence. This role offers strong ownership, visibility, and influence across the network, working closely with manufacturing, MSAT, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to drive alignment, stability, and continuous improvement.

What can you expect?

• Stakeholder management: As a central point of alignment within the planning ecosystem, you collaborate closely with Operations, MSAT, Quality, Engineering, and other partners. You ensure clear priorities, transparency, and cross‑functional synchronization.
• Data-driven, proactive decision-making: You analyze production performance, challenge assumptions, identify risks early, and turn insights into actionable improvements. You balance demand, capacity, and operational constraints to guarantee resilient production plans.
• Ownership of Master Production Schedule: You build and optimize the MPS with discipline, accuracy, and a forward‑looking mindset — translating S&OP outcomes into feasible plans that guide short-, mid-, and long-term execution.
• Continuous improvement & planning excellence: You help drive planning maturity, process optimization, and system enhancements. You contribute to an environment where smarter planning enables faster, better, more reliable supply.

Who are we looking for?

Education

• Bachelor degree is Supply Chain, Engineering or another related field.

Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations — ideally in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with S&OP, capacity planning, or complex manufacturing processes is a strong plus.

Languages

• English at a fluent level is a must have for this role.
• Dutch is a nice to have.

• High analytical capability: you are comfortable navigating numbers, scenarios, and trade-offs.
• A structured, autonomous way of working — you take ownership and follow through.
• Ability to make well‑reasoned decisions in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Expertise

• A strong knowledge of Excel is a must have for this role. (Pivot tables, formula’s, …)
• Knowledge of SAP is a nice to have.
