At EBANX’s Engineering team, you don’t just write code. You turn ideas into scalable solutions that ensure excellence and reliability for millions of global transactions. What your day-to-day will look like

• Develop, enhance, and maintain observability solutions using Splunk, ensuring end-to-end visibility of payment flows;
• Build, refine, and optimize dashboards, searches, and correlations for proactive detection of anomalies and performance degradation;
• Define and evolve alerts and monitoring indicators, reducing false positives and increasing monitoring accuracy;
• Analyze logs, metrics, and events to identify root causes and support incident response;
• Work on data ingestion, structuring, and standardization (logs and events) to ensure data quality and reliable analysis;
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvements to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency;
• Support the evolution of the observability strategy, expanding monitoring coverage and depth;
• Collaborate with technical teams to define instrumentation standards and observability best practices;
• Ensure new products, flows, and go-lives are properly monitored from day one.
