What You’ll Do

• Participate actively in agile development practices, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align on requirements and technical solutions
• Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Quarkus
• Maintain and improve the stability and reliability of the production environment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose scalable improvements
• Contribute to best practices related to software development, performance optimization, and observability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Java development using recent Java versions
• Experience or familiarity with Quarkus framework
• Knowledge of AWS services including SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Experience with containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with REST API architecture and development
• Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Quarkus or Spring Boot
• English proficiency
