What You’ll Do

• Participate in agile software development practices, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies
• Maintain close communication with business stakeholders and IT teams to align on requirements and solutions
• Develop and enhance backend solutions using Java and Quarkus or Spring Boot
• Support the maintenance, stability, and performance of production environments
• Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Assist in continuous improvement of systems and development processes

What You Bring

• Participate in agile software development practices
• Maintain constant communication with business units and other IT teams; Develop back-end solutions using Java Quarkus; Assist with production environment maintenance
• Experience in Java development (8–11)
• Experience with AWS cloud services (SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch)
• Experience with MySQL databases
• Experience with Java Quarkus or Spring Boot; Ability to manage multiple tasks and simultaneous requests
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Familiarity with REST architecture
• Communication and interpersonal skills to address issues and discuss solutions with the teams involved
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams; Critical thinking, logical problem-solving, and effective decision-making; Proactivity
