I am writing to express my strong interest in the Operations Engineer position within the Starlink Growth Business Operations team. With a background in quantitative analysis and a passion for optimizing complex systems, I am drawn to SpaceX's mission of connecting the world and funding the future of Mars colonization. My experience in leveraging Python and SQL to drive data-driven decisions aligns perfectly with your need for an engineer who can identify product defects and operationalize predictive models to improve customer retention.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a bias toward action and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to work within the Starlink Growth team, where I can apply my analytical skills to uncover drivers of customer lifetime value and implement tangible improvements across global hardware and services. I thrive in ambiguous environments and am eager to bring my sense of ownership and technical expertise to help Starlink scale its revolutionary broadband system.
