The Role

You ensure the effective, accurate, and timely execution of all steps within our Order-to-Cash (O2C) process—helping to deliver a smooth customer experience while maintaining high data quality and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Ensure a smooth, compliant end-to-end Order-to-Cash process (from order handling to invoicing and payment-related topics)
• Provide telephone and email support regarding contracts, licensing models, and related questions
• Handle customer complaints, credit notes, and required invoice corrections
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of internationally standardized O2C processes
• Maintain and document all relevant customer, contract, and O2C data in internal systems

What you bring to the table

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional training
• Professional experience in order processing, order management, billing, or a similar administrative role
• Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Confident in handling complex situations related to contractual topics
• High level of reliability, ownership, and independence in daily work
• Business-fluent English and French are required.
