Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Manager to theirGasparInsurance Services team in Woodland Hills, CA.

Job Summary:

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for meeting the insurance needs of our clients while delivering exceptional service. This role focuses on maintaining and growing our personal lines book of business by providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to clients, producers, and carriers.

Essential Functions:

• Provide exceptional, timely customer service and support to clients through phone and email.
• Support clients in securing, maintaining, and growing their personal accounts, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
• Handle all aspects of the renewal process: gather necessary details, verify application accuracy, ensure coverage meets client needs, and address any issues with practical solutions.
• Check policies/endorsements for accuracy.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through open communication, professionalism, and problem-solving.
• Assess quotes, negotiate conditions and pricing, and guide clients toward the most suitable coverage for their needs.
• Stay current in the industry by participating in continuing education and training.

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow alongside the agency.
• Prompt and professional communication with clients.
• Experience with California carriers.

Education & Experience:

• 2+ years of Personal Lines experience in an agency setting preferred.
• California Property & Casualty license required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Applied Systems EPIC preferred.
• Familiarity with Mercury Insurance is a plus.

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.

Pay Transparency Range

$65,000—$80,000 USD
