OVERVIEW

ALO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join our Creative Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for color, texture, and detail, who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the visual quality and consistency of our digital assets across ecommerce and marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute daily image retouching requests across a range of projects
• Perform expert-level color correction of clothing and product imagery
• Ensure consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across all ecommerce and digital marketing assets
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards
• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow protocols for digital asset delivery
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or ecommerce
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience or interest in 3D modeling/rendering tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered image generation tools and techniques
• Working knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, or other image editing software

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
