Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled program manager to join our Business Growth and Excellence team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be working closely with business managers, marketing team, and finance to cross functional programs targeted at driving growth and profitability. A successful candidate will come up with ways to scale existing programs and also create roadmap for new initiatives to help attract new customers and drive engagement with our existing customers. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, solid analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities.

What You Will Do 

• Define the vision for category growth through best-in-class inputs across availability, price sharpness and delivery experience
• Develop detailed plans to scale existing initiatives and create roadmap for new initiatives with clear objectives and goals
• Partner closely with brand managers (buyer), marketing team, and pricing team to align on cross functional goals and processes for specific categories
• Monitor program performance, resolve issues and collaborate on improvement plans to ensure seamless integration and high operational standards.
• Create detailed category scorecard with inputs and defect metrics to understand category health. Present reports and detailed documents to stakeholders and leadership.

Basic Qualifications 

• 8+ years of E‑commerce experience in program management, category management, or business management roles
• Strong analytical and strategic business thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing teams.
• Results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong data analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
