PROCESS MANAGER

Format: Limassol office

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Manager to help develop and strengthen our company's process management framework.

The primary goal of this role is to make business processes measurable, transparent, and manageable. You will drive the development of our existing OKR framework, establish a consistent approach to process KPIs and performance metrics, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure regular monitoring and analysis of process performance.

We already have a team of Business Analysts responsible for analyzing, documenting, and modeling business processes. Therefore, this role is not focused on documenting or mapping business processes.

As a Process Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Operations, functional leaders, and Business Analysts to help the organization make data-driven operational decisions.

What You'll Do

OKR Management

-Develop and improve the company's existing OKR framework.

-Facilitate the complete OKR cycle, including Planning, Check-ins, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

-Support leaders in defining high-quality Objectives and measurable Key Results.

-Ensure alignment between OKRs and company strategic priorities.

-Foster a culture of goal-oriented performance management.

Process Performance Management

-Develop a consistent framework for process KPIs and performance metrics.

-Define performance indicators for key business processes together with functional owners.

-Establish regular monitoring and analysis of process performance.

-Identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

-Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

-Measure the impact of implemented changes on both process and business performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Facilitate effective collaboration across departments.

-Work with functional leaders to define responsibilities and collaboration guidelines.

-Identify cross-functional gaps and propose practical solutions.

-Facilitate workshops and meetings focused on process improvement initiatives.

-Promote consistent process management practices across the organization.

Continuous Improvement

-Analyze operational and process performance.

-Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives.

-Monitor the outcomes of implemented improvements.

-Recommend further enhancements to the company's process management framework.

**What We're Looking For

Experience**

-3+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Business Process Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.

-Hands-on experience implementing or developing an OKR framework.

-Experience designing KPI frameworks, process performance metrics, or operational reporting.

-Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

-Experience driving organizational change and process improvement initiatives.

-Experience in IT or fast-growing technology companies is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

-Strong understanding of process management principles.

-Experience implementing OKRs at the company level.

-Experience designing process KPI and performance measurement frameworks.

-Ability to build effective collaboration across teams and functions.

-Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

-Ability to translate data into actionable operational insights and recommendations.
