- Curious, Experimental Mindset:Be excited shipping experiments quickly to get signals from customers, then using that feedback to make those experiences even better. Use qualitative data and quantitative interviews to inform design and product decisions.
What you need to bring:

- Experience designing fintech products in a fast-paced environment..
- Clear communication skills. You can explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders.

- An acute level of self-awareness and deep empathy - for both the customer and your team’s goals.
- An understanding and ability to consider product strategy and vision. You don’t just care about “how it looks,” or “what we should design,” but “why are we designing this at all?”
