Сопроводительное письмо
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Product Manager position for the Booking team at MOIA. With a solid background in evolving conversion flows for mobile applications and a passion for urban mobility, I am excited by the prospect of shaping the first critical moments of a rider's journey. My experience working in cross-functional teams has taught me how to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals, which aligns perfectly with MOIA's mission to scale autonomous mobility.
In my previous roles, I have successfully managed product roadmaps by translating complex data into actionable insights, utilizing tools similar to Athena and QuickSight. I am particularly drawn to MOIA’s transition into a tech provider for autonomous driving and the challenge of adapting the booking experience for white-label solutions. I am a firm believer in collaborative discovery and look forward to bringing my pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset to your diverse team in Berlin or Hamburg.

Описание вакансии

Join us as a Product Manager (all genders) in our Booking team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
The Booking team owns the critical first moments of that journey: from opening the app with a mobility intent, to discovering the right offer, to confidently booking a ride. We design and operate the conversion and booking experience that connects riders with mobility services.
You will join a highly collaborative, cross-functional product team of backend engineers, iOS and Android developers, UX designers, as well as an agile coach and a quality specialist. Together, you’ll shape a booking experience that directly influences conversion, trust, and clarity – adapting and evolving the booking experience as MOIA’s white-label app scales into new autonomous mobility modes and new regions.
What a time to join!
What you will do
- Be an advocate for our customers’ and riders’ needs(B2B2C / B2G2C), building a deep understanding of user pain points and expectations.
- Balance rider experience, business goals, and operational constraints from discovery through delivery and impact evaluation, using user research, data analysis, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Develop deep domain understanding of how conversion, incentives, and booking for mobility services work end-to-end — and translate this into clear problem statements and priorities and into a clear team roadmap.
- Prepare and prioritize featuresas epics and stories for refinement with your team while respecting architectural and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and Agile Coach to ensure product quality, delivery reliability, and a healthy team dynamic.
- Create clarity and visibilityacross domain leadership and partner teams on goals, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage dependencies with other product teams and domains.
- Feed rider insights and learnings from building user-centric products back into the organization to inform product and business decisions.
- Contribute to a vibrant Product Communityby sharing your ideas and experiences.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Product excellence: you bring solid experience building and evolving conversion flows in mobile apps with strong user and business impact. You have worked in cross-functional teams and are comfortable shaping features end to end, from backend to frontend. Experience with white-label apps is a plus.
- A strategic and analytical mindset: you connect day-to-day decisions with long-term value, are comfortable working with metrics, and enjoy diving into conversion data - experience with QuickSight or Athena is a plus.
- A collaborative, pragmatic attitude: you enjoy working closely with your engineering and design peers, help the team resolve issues effectively, and make thoughtful decisions – all to balance long-term booking funnel innovation with short-term delivery needs and operational urgency.
- Strong communicationskills: you bring structure to ambiguity and ask “why?” before jumping to solutions. People enjoy working with you because you communicate complex problems clearly and foster a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere.
- Curiosity and learning mindset: you’re excited to grow in a complex, evolving domain and exhibit a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, actively seeking opportunities to expand your impact.
- FluentEnglish; German is a plus.
