The role

We are hiring a Product Manager to own and grow the channel partners experience: end-to-end journeys for distributors, resellers and ISV partners. You will help define and implement the partner product strategy, translate partnership needs into product outcomes, and lead cross-functional delivery of a best-in-class partner portal and partner-facing capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales/CRM, Engineering, UX and Customer Success and will drive partner activation, adoption and partner-led revenue.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the channel partners experience and the partner portal
  • Own product discovery with partners: run research, interview partners, and internal stakeholders to surface needs and prioritize outcomes.
  • Translate partner problems into clear, deliverable product requirements, user journeys, and success criteria.
  • Drive and co-own (with tech lead) technical design for partner identity, role-based access and multi-tenant flows for distributors/resellers.
  • Define and implement KPIs such as partner activation time, portal adoption, NPS for partners, and support ticket volume.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Partnerships, Sales Ops, Legal and Marketing on partner programs.
  • Monitor usage and iterate; use analytics and partner feedback to optimize the portal and partner journeys.

We expect you to have: 

  • 5+ years product management experience with complex B2B products with demonstrated product ownership
  • Proven experience building partner-facing products
  • Experience with CRM/partner ecosystems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Involvement in the design and implementation of role-based access, multi-tenant flows, onboarding/self-service and partner commerce.
  • Data-driven - comfortable with metrics, experimentation, SQL or analytics tools to measure product impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Technical fluency sufficient to scope integrations (APIs, SSO/OAuth, IAM, multi-tenancy)
