About The Opportunity

OKX is rapidly expanding its options market share at a critical inflection point.

We’re hiring a seasoned product manager with deep options and trading expertise to design products that serve both retail and institutional traders while maintaining institutional-grade operational rigor.

Your decisions will directly impact volume, platform risk, and competitive positioning in crypto’s fastest-growing asset class.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive adoption and growth across options products while delivering measurable impact on platform volume, open interest, and trading economics.
• Design institutional-grade trading infrastructure that optimizes execution speed, capital efficiency, and order matching logic to compete with tier-1 tradfi exchanges.
• Build sophisticated risk controls that protect platform stability and customer assets while maintaining trader-friendly conditions—balancing prudent governance with competitive advantage.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements definition through launch, analytics, and iteration based on trader feedback and market conditions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across spot, perpetual, and structured products teams to execute on OKX’s wider trading platform strategy.

What We Look For In You

• Possess a strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in options trading.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/computer science is preferred.
• Possess solid product development design and project management skills.
• You have great logical thinking and communication skills.
• You are proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback and work well in a team setting.
• Ability to drive and lead projects independently.

Nice-To-Haves

• Possess a strong understanding in the crypto options trading product landscape.
• Team management experience.
• Past trading experience either as a self-employed trader or full-time trader.
