In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing the product strategy that ensures regulatory compliance, ecosystem reliability, and operational scalability across Bolt’s Rides platform. You will work closely with System Architects, Engineers, Product Operations, Legal, Public Policy, Operations, and Data teams to build foundational systems that safeguard platform integrity across 50+ markets.

Your work will span compliance systems, regulatory integrations, eligibility enforcement logic, and external ecosystem interfaces. You will design durable, scalable solutions that protect Bolt from regulatory, financial, and operational risk while enabling sustainable growth.

This is a high-impact platform role with cross-market visibility and long-term structural importance.

• <point>Drive end-to-end delivery of platform systems, from concept through launch and continuous iteration, in close partnership with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.</point>
• <point>Design scalable compliance and integration frameworks that balance global standardisation with local regulatory nuances across markets.</point>
• <point>Own the integration lifecycle for critical third-party providers, covering entity management, dispatch, financial transactions, and compliance monitoring.</point>
• <point>Improve data integrity, auditability, and enforcement consistency through strong governance, performance monitoring, and clear product documentation.</point>

• <point>You are technically fluent and comfortable discussing APIs, data exchange standards, system architecture, and third-party integrations with engineering teams.</point>
• <point>You combine strong analytical skills with sound judgment, using data and system-level insights to prioritise effectively in environments shaped by regulatory and operational demands.</point>
• <point>Your strengths include systems thinking and attention to detail, enabling you to design durable, scalable solutions while confidently managing complex cross-system dependencies across technical and regulatory environments.</point>
• <point>Your communication and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.</point>
