Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Product Specialist in the exciting world of casino products at Stoiximan and Betano. In this pivotal role, you'll be working at the heart of our product team, collaborating closely with Product Owners (POs), Senior Product Owners (SPOs) & Product Managers (PMs) and various cross-functional teams. Your primary goal will be to streamline the product development process, supporting our product teams to materialize the company's vision. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Scrum team on their daily tasks along the Product Owner & Senior Product Owners;
• Create requirements in the forms of epics and stories;
• Support in Managing the backlog and iteration planning process;
• Product Roadmap Execution: Work closely with gaming development teams to effectively develop and implement the product roadmap, ensuring smooth rollout of updates and features across all platforms and countries;
• Keep a pulse on the gaming industry, identifying market leaders, top features, and emerging trends in gaming Products, especially in RNG & Live Casino;
• Support the POs in executing tasks to identify opportunities and missing content in terms of games, providers and features analysis;
• Support POs in monitoring the performance of games, providers and features.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a product-related role;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the online gaming space, RNG & Live Casino is a plus.
• Experience in reporting and analysis, affinity in numbers
• Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of technology, programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus;
• Exceptional attention to detail, top-notch organizational and communication skills.
