Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a QA Engineer with a strong foundation in manual testing and a growing interest in automation using Python, Playwright, and Pytest — someone who takes ownership of quality across the entire product lifecycle.

What you additionally need to know: This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle for new and existing features
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide meaningful feedback
• Design, write, and maintain detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate manual testing activities
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly using bug-tracking tools
• Conduct comprehensive regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Use browser dev tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) to inspect elements, monitor network calls, and debug UI/JS issues
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify system requirements
• Contribute to writing and maintaining automated test cases using Python with Playwright and Pytest

You Might Be a Good Fit If…

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA
• Familiar with test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM structure to inspect and troubleshoot UI issues
• Confident using browser developer tools to analyse page behaviour and debug problems
• Exposure to test automation tools like Playwright and Pytest using Python — basic scripting experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and a methodical approach to testing
• Self-motivated and eager to contribute to automation efforts
