QC Supervisor

As a QC Supervisor you are responsible for a team of QC Analysts and QC Support Technicians, providing feedback, assistance with troubleshooting and deviations whilst ensuring a clear working schedule. You build up trust amongst the colleagues and other teams.

What can you expect?

• Direct Lead: You are the direct lead for the team. (+- 20 people). You provide them with clear objectives, feedback, goals and assist them in achieving these.
• Connector: When needed, you ensure alignment within the team or other departments such as Operations or Maintenance & Engineering.
• Decision Maker: You’re able to independently make decisions when needed. When issues come up, you’re able to connect with the right people to make informed choices.
• Planner: In case of planning disruptions such as unplanned absence, you adjust schedules and task allocation to ensure ongoing quality control activities.

Who are we looking for?

Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a related field.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical or BioTech industry, preferably within Quality Control.
• A first experience in a leading role is a very strong advantage.

Languages

• English at a fluent level is a must have for this role. Dutch is a nice to have.

Strengths

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• The ability and willingness to support and coach others.
