Reddit Community Growth Lead (Senior)

*✅ About the role:*

We’re looking for a Reddit Community Growth Lead who truly understands Reddit culture and knows how to build trust within communities. Someone who can turn meaningful conversations into long-term users by solving real problems instead of pushing promotions.

You’ll identify document-related pain points across Reddit while growing the product’s official subreddit into an active community for users, feedback, and support.

What you’ll be doing:

*🤩*Build and grow the community hub

*🤩*Own and grow the official subreddit by setting the tone, defining community guidelines, and creating a place where users genuinely want to participate.

*🤩*Publish weekly content including tips, product updates, feature highlights, and AMAs with the product team.

*🤩*Use social listening tools to monitor relevant conversations across Reddit and engage whenever meaningful help is needed.

*🤩*Collect user feedback and feature requests, translating them into actionable insights for the product team.

*🤩*Be the evangelist in the wild.

*🤩*Become a trusted and recognized contributor across relevant subreddits.

*🤩*Monitor discussions around competing solutions and step in when users are looking for better alternatives.

What we’re looking for:

*🟡*Native-level active Reddit user with an established account and strong karma history.

*🟡*Deep understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and community norms.

*🟡*Able to write naturally and authentically, adapting tone to each situation.

*🟡*Knows how to generate engagement while driving meaningful business results.

*🟡*Comfortable learning a technical product in depth to provide practical support.

*🟡*Self-motivated and thrives in remote, asynchronous environments.

*🟡*Experience in community growth, social listening, social media management, or related areas.
