The Marketing Intern will play an important role within the marketing team and is responsible for facilitating a variety of marketing functions, including purchasing, lead management and data quality, and analysis. Key responsibilities include learning and using core marketing systems like Salesforce, Hubspot and marketing operations tools, monitoring and maintaining data quality within our marketing database, and conducting analyses and reporting on marketing performance.

 Your Day to Day:

• Event Co-ordination: Assist in organising and executing field events, including trade shows, webinars, and meetups.
• Support purchasing: Processes for marketing, working closely with the local teams to ensuring alignment with the marketing budget
• Develop and Maintain Event Registrations: Manage event registration platforms, track attendee sign-ups, and coordinate communications to ensure seamless participant experiences.
• Coordinate Promotional Materials: Assist in sourcing, organising, and distributing promotional items and branded merchandise for events and campaigns.
• Manage Event Logistics: Support logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup and teardown activities.
• Assist in Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing budgets for field activities, ensuring expenditures align with allocated funds and reporting discrepancies as needed.
• Create Post-Event Reports: Compile and analyse data from events to assess performance metrics, attendee engagement, and return on investment.
• Work closely with the wider Feedzai teams across the globe

You Have & You Know-how:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Marketing experience desirable
• Software/technology company experience desirable
• Process-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
• Experience or strong interest in working within a fast-paced startup environment.

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
