Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Registered Architect to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and provides architectural review support to ensure compliance with life safety, accessibility, and design requirements during construction and design review activities.

This is a part-time on-call position. It's an estimated 200 hours of work within six months.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Review architectural drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate life safety and accessibility compliance.
• Review finish submittals and architectural details.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Required Experience:

+ Licensed Registered Architect.

+ Minimum 5+ years architectural experience.

Position Pay Range

$54—$65 USD
