About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Organize home remodeling projects
- Monitor field crew performance and product quality
- Communicate directly with customers and assist with complaint resolution
- Present daily progress reports
- Occasional measuring of jobs
Key Qualifications
- Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Prior management or supervisory experience
- Conflict resolution experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
