We are looking for a Sales Enablement Mid. Analyst to be the driving force for the APAC region. In this dual-impact role, you will be the regional lead for enablement execution while also owning the global Tool Stack and AI pillar. You will ensure our sales teams are not only equipped with the best market tools but are also at the forefront of AI-driven productivity to close deals faster and more confidently.
What You’ll Do
- Tool Desk Management & Engagement: Drive effective use of our sales tech stack (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn). You will evaluate new market tools, lead team training, and manage payments/contracts to maximize ROI.
- AI Literacy & Strategic Projects: Foster an AI-first culture by developing innovative projects like the AI Coach and One-Pager Builder. You will transform complex workflows, such as integrating new RFP processes with pricing tools.
- GTM Pitch Quality: Serve as a center for excellence using tools like Brevity to evaluate pitch quality. You will create personalized study plans to ensure regional teams are qualified and confident.
As the dedicated enablement professional for APAC, you will be responsible for:
- Regional Onboarding: Implementing the global Onboarding Model tailored to the specific needs of the APAC market.
- Training & Facilitation: Conducting and facilitating training sessions on regional topics and global product updates.
- Strategic Assets: Creating and developing bespoke decks for high-stakes strategic presentations within the region.
- Regional Proximity: Acting as the primary point of contact for EBANX-related questions, ensuring a tight feedback loop between the APAC commercial team and global headquarters.
Who You Are
- Tech-Savvy & AI Enthusiast: You don't just use tools; you optimize them. You are passionate about how AI can disrupt and improve traditional sales cycles.
- Adaptable Communicator: You can bridge the gap between global strategy and regional nuances, specifically understanding the APAC business landscape.
- Process-Driven: You enjoy centralizing information and creating standardized "centers of excellence" for others to follow.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or a tech-heavy commercial role.
- Tooling Expertise: Proven experience managing CRM or Sales Engagement platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- AI Proficiency: Experience or strong interest in implementing AI tools for content generation or sales coaching.
- Regional Mindset: Ability to work autonomously in the APAC time zone while maintaining strong alignment with the global team.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a significant plus.
