"Project Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant / Functional Business Analyst to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme for a global real estate organisation.

Spain is currently the pilot market for the Salesforce rollout across Europe and APAC. The goal is to establish Spain as a scalable blueprint that can be leveraged for future market rollouts, while allowing for a limited level of local market variation.

The Salesforce ecosystem currently includes Sales Cloud, legacy Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Omnichannel, Voice and WhatsApp, with integrations to two PMS platforms. MuleSoft is used as the integration middleware and Databricks as the data lake.

The consultant will play a key role in stabilising and optimising the Salesforce implementation in Spain, ensuring that business processes, requirements and solutions are designed with future international scalability in mind.

This is a hybrid Functional Consultant / Business Analyst role, combining strong Salesforce expertise with a business-facing mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Location & Travel

Spain-based candidates are strongly preferred, ideally with the ability to work with the local business and, where required, attend the client's office.

Remote candidates from EU countries may also be considered, provided they are fluent/native-level Spanish speakers and can work effectively with the Spanish business team.

Occasional travel to the client's office in Spain may be required, potentially once every 1–2 months, depending on project needs.

Any required business travel to the client's office will be covered by the client.

Must-haves

Native-level Spanish — must be able to communicate confidently with local Spanish business stakeholders.

Strong working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for collaboration with international Technology and Salesforce teams.

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a Functional Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst or similar business-facing role.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Proven experience participating in or leading Salesforce implementations / rollouts, ideally in enterprise environments.

Strong Business Analysis skills, including:

Discovery and requirements gathering

Business process analysis and optimisation

Requirements definition and documentation

User Stories / acceptance criteria

Backlog management and prioritisation

Experience with UAT, testing and release readiness.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

Strong understanding of Salesforce standard capabilities and best practices, with the ability to identify when standard functionality should be used instead of unnecessary customisation.

Nice-to-have

Experience working on global Salesforce rollouts or multi-country transformation programmes.

Experience working with Service Cloud.

Familiarity with Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget and automated marketing journeys.

Ability to think beyond a single market and design solutions that can be scaled across multiple countries and business units.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an environment where processes and the existing Salesforce implementation require optimisation."
