The Work

The SAP Defense & Security Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing deep expertise in SAP's Defense and Security Module. Your role will involve working on SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring that the system meets the specific needs of defense and security organizations. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of SAP's Defense and Security Module to effectively design, configure, and implement solutions that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a cross-functional agile operations team providing Tier 2 support to production capabilities
• Perform Design, configuration and test of SAP modules
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery
• Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing
• Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement

Here’s what you need:

• 7+ years SAP implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience in SAP D&S or DFPS Module
• SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience

Nice to have:

• SAP certification in Defense and Security Module
• Experience with Government SAP implementations
• Background in defense and security organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements:

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
• Ability to travel once per month (Monday-Friday) to Kingstowne, VA

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$126,300—$243,100 USD
