The work

The senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM Suite of modules encompassing all the HR Functions – from Core HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Reporting, Analytics and Experience Management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
  • Maintain, enhance and develop work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications
  • Create functional solutions and complete design, build, and test
  • Develop detailed business process designs and associated documentation
  • Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet the requirements
  • Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
  • Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
  • Develop test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
  • Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build
  • Integrate with cross-process teams, Financial Accounting FI, CO, MM, PP and SD

Here’s what you need:

  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Proficiency in SAP HR Mini-master, Cross-Application Timesheet, and Payroll Integration

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
