What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations and long-term planning to ensure a thriving Montessori environment
• Uphold and model Montessori philosophy with fidelity across classrooms
• Mentor and coach guides and assistants with positivity, accountability, and purpose
• Oversee Montessori curriculum integrity alongside state licensing requirements
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through communication and partnership
• Ensure a safe, peaceful, and inclusive learning environment grounded in respect
• Support ongoing professional development, observations, and community education
• Foster a joyful, child-centered culture where independence and curiosity flourish

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 21+ years old and meet Georgia Director qualifications
• Montessori credential (AMS, AMI, or MACTE-recognized) required
• Minimum of a CDA (or higher early childhood credential)
• Valid 40-Hour Georgia Director Credential
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a licensed Montessori or early childhood program
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Able to work flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Reliable transportation to 570 Research Dr., Athens, GA 30605
