Human Security Consultant (Spain)

To support our growth in Spain, we’re looking for a Strategic Customer Consultant to lead new customer implementations and set them up for long-term success.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference

Your goal is to ensure every new customer starts their SoSafe journey with momentum and clarity. You own the transition from "signed contract" to "active security program", defining the strategy that makes our platform indispensable.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless, high-touch experience. Your focus is clear: ensuring our customers don't just adopt a tool, but successfully launch a movement.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, establishing clear timelines and ensuring stakeholder alignment to guarantee a seamless transition for new customers.
• Facilitate kickoff workshops and design tailored rollout strategies based on the specific maturity levels and organizational needs of the customer.
• Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers on how to scale security awareness programs through active change management, enablement, and targeted training.
• Partner with C-Level executives (primarily CISOs), HR, IT, and Communications teams to drive platform adoption and secure long-term executive sponsorship.
• Cultivate internal champion networks and support communication planning to embed security culture deep within the customer’s organization.
• Define realistic success metrics and reporting structures that balance high-level executive vision with sound technical governance.
• Monitor early-stage KPIs and continuously track progress to ensure the program remains operationally sound and strategically aligned.
• Deliver actionable reporting and data-driven recommendations to improve user engagement and strengthen the customer's overall security posture.

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS implementation, IT project management, or consulting, with a strong focus on high-touch, customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives, translating complex topics into clear, actionable language for diverse stakeholders.
• Adept at managing multiple projects and complex stakeholder landscapes simultaneously, maintaining high quality and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or business-level fluency in Spanish and English, with the confidence to lead high-level workshops and strategy sessions in both languages.
• A strong interest in cybersecurity, paired with the ability to navigate technical setups and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
• Passion for the intersection of technology and human behavior, with a desire to help organizations move beyond "tick-the-box" compliance toward true security resilience.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you don’t just identify roadblocks; you enjoy finding the strategic path around them.
