Job Summary 

As a *Senior AI Developer (20102)*, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Design and build autonomous AI Agents that power the intelligent decision making of the Drilling Advisor platform.
• Develop and implement decision making logic that interprets real time rig data and triggers appropriate AI agents such as predictive, diagnostic or optimization agents.
• Deploy and manage machine learning models including Gradient Boosting models and Neural Networks within Azure environments.
• Integrate AI services using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI to enable reasoning, automation and intelligent recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills 

• Strong experience developing AI or machine learning solutions using Python.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit learn.
• Experience deploying and managing machine learning models including Gradient Boosting models such as XGBoost or LightGBM.
• Hands on experience with Azure AI services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service or Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Spark.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.
• Experience implementing MLOps practices including model versioning, retraining and monitoring.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience developing and exposing REST APIs to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to optimize AI model performance and inference latency.
