Senior AI Test Manager for QA Teams(10+ years of eng. exp.)

Company: Caterpillar ( USA)

Location: Remote

Conditions: b2b contract

Type: Full-time, 8 h a day;

4 h daily overlap with the core team.

8 a m.-12 p m.(-5 UTC).

Vacation is unpaid

Minimum contract is 9 months and on.

English language

$6700 - 7500 before taxes

We’re seeking a strong AI Test Manager for QA teams, to define and own the end-to-end AI testing strategy, including frameworks, tooling, quality gates, and automation approaches for machine-learning and traditional software systems.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software test leads, setting clear expectations, elevating technical depth, and fostering a culture of quality engineering excellence.

Architect scalable AI test solutions, such as model-validation pipelines, data-quality checks, bias and drift detection, and performance benchmarking for AI/ML models

Requirements:

• Be outside Russia and Belarus;
• Bachelor’s/College degree;
• At least 3 years of working in English speaking environment;
• Strong technical background in  QA Java engineering(7+ years), leading Test team( 5+ years), project management;
• Experience in AI Test Architecture;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes;
• Knowledge of software product design and software integration processes and functions;
• Previous experience with Playwright, Java, Karate, other tools;
• Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
