REPORTS TO: Director SS&A – EMEA

 What You’ll Do

We're looking for a Senior Analyst SS&A – EMEA, for the Strategic Sales & Analytics EMEA organization. You'll play a key role in driving regional business performance through structured analytics, strategic insights, and performance tracking across EMEA markets. 

This role operates at a regional level, supporting leadership with actionable insights across categories, channels, and markets while helping ensure the region is set up to achieve growth targets. 

The Senior Analyst will support development of regional frameworks and reporting tools while translating complex data into clear commercial recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. 

Analytics & Insights

• Drive actions through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Support EMEA performance tracking across categories and channels

• Analyze POS performance, market trends and competitive dynamics 

• Identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into recommendations 

• Support development of category and commercial strategies 

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on category performance, pricing and promotions 

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Manage delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reporting across EMEA 

• Build and maintain standardized reporting templates 

• Support executive reporting and business reviews

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support EMEA performance tracking 

• Translate business requirements into scalable Power BI reporting solutions 

• Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes

Collaboration 

• Partner with SS&A local teams, Sales, Category, Finance and Marketing teams 

• Support stakeholders with analytics and reporting needs 

• Present insights and recommendations to internal teams

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or related field
• 4+ years relevant experience in analytics, category management or commercial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards is a plus 

• Strong experience using Power BI for business reporting and insights

• Experience with syndicated data preferred (GfK, Nielsen,Circana etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
