Job Description:

You will join a high-performing engineering squad to build real-time solutions for property management. Working with Python and Django, you will design microservices, optimize complex SQL queries, and develop data pipelines that power operations for 1.7 million properties globally. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging problems in payments, search algorithms, and AI-driven automation.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL within a Kubernetes-orchestrated environment
• Architect and optimize data pipelines and complex relational databases to ensure the platform remains responsive as it scales to millions of properties
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional squads to translate sophisticated business requirements into clean, testable, and highly maintainable code

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of professional backend experience with strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in relational database management, SQL optimization, and building scalable service-oriented architectures (Python/Django preferred)
• Possesses a "can-do" attitude with a passion for writing clean code and the communication skills to mentor junior engineers and document complex technical systems
