As a Senior Data Product Manager at Gong, you will drive the evolution of one of our flagship product lines, creating transformative products that deliver actionable insights and unparalleled visibility into customer interactions.

You’ll Own:

• The Product Lifecycle: Spearheading the development and enhancement of mission-critical products, ensuring they align perfectly with business objectives.
• The Strategic Roadmap: Thinking creatively to envision long-term, enterprise-grade solutions while balancing innovation with practical execution.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Leading collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

You’ll Solve:

• The Complexity vs. Scale Puzzle: Designing high-performance solutions that operate seamlessly within large-scale enterprise environments.
• The "Noise" in Product Strategy: Using advanced data modeling techniques to cut through ambiguity and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Execution Gaps: Combining a meticulous, detail-oriented approach with a customer-centric lens to ensure no technical or user requirement is overlooked.

How You’ll Succeed Here:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS products.
• Experience building analytics, semantic layer, or data platform products.
• Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• A proven track record of driving product execution with hands-on involvement.
• Strong execution skills combined with strategic, forward-thinking abilities.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivered products.
• A solid understanding of data modeling and data integration frameworks.
• The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
