Senior Engineer, Propulsion Systems
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Senior Propulsion Systems Engineer position at Ursa Major. With over 8 years of experience in aerospace engineering and a deep focus on high-performance propulsion systems, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to lead complex technical integrations from clean-sheet design through to flight demonstration. My background in hypersonic vehicle development and fluid system analysis aligns perfectly with Ursa Major’s mission to revolutionize propulsion for national security.
Throughout my career, I have excelled in fast-paced, hardware-centric environments where rapid iteration and technical ownership are paramount. I am particularly drawn to this role because of the opportunity to serve as a technical authority for propulsion interfaces and to mentor the next generation of engineers. My proficiency in CAD tools like PTC Creo, combined with hands-on experience in testing and data analysis, ensures that I can contribute immediately to your hypersonic programs and help drive the technical decisions that will define the future of aerospace.
