About the team:

You will join a globally distributed product team to build and scale a high-performance front-end architecture capable of handling hundreds of real-time events per second.This role requires a deep, fundamental understanding of React’s rendering model, performance optimisation, and modern frontend architecture — beyond just framework usage.

Key Responsibilities:

You should be comfortable designing front-end systems that:

+ Handle high-frequency real-time updates (WebSockets / event streams)

+ Minimise re-renders in complex component trees

+ Scale cleanly using modular and domain-driven frontend architecture

Apply advanced techniques such as:

+ Virtualisation

+ Selective subscriptions

+ Batched updates

+ State normalisation

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

+ 4+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and UI development.

+ Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role (e.g. React, GraphQL, Next.js, Tailwind CSS ) .

+ Experience with Figma and a Pixel-perfect implementation mindset

+ Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

+ Proven track record of building successful design systems and/or complex user interfaces spanning multiple platforms.

+ Memoization strategies (useMemo, useCallback, React.memo)

+ Concurrent rendering & scheduling concepts

+ Performance profiling & debugging
