Who we are looking for:

Easyship is a shipping technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers. Beyond that, we also build and execute customized end-to-end shipping solutions for clients worldwide. These Logistics solutions can combine a number of partners and services, from global freight forwarding services to last-mile delivery.

At Easyship, we believe engineering excellence means blending deep tech stack expertise with AI-augmented workflows. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who isn't just a coder, but an architect — someone who uses AI (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) as a force multiplier to deliver high-quality, scalable systems at 2x the velocity.ou'll be a pivotal contributor to our customer-facing platform, leading frontend architecture decisions, driving code quality, and shaping the technical direction of our frontend stack (React.js, TypeScript, Vite). As a mentor, you'll guide the team in mastering both advanced React patterns and the emerging art of AI-assisted development.

Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer, React

Reports to:Engineering Manager

Location: Remote - Global.

Key Relationships: Marketing, Support, Engineering, Product.

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 DOE.

Work Hours: 9am GMT - 6pm GMT.

What we are looking for:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level frontend architectures using React.js and TypeScript
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and code generation
• Establish and govern advanced React patterns and best practices to ensure reusability and minimise technical debt
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend architects to translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on architecture, performance, and TypeScript principles
• Drive code quality through rigorous architectural and code reviews
• Optimise performance and scalability (e.g., Micro-Frontends) across devices and network conditions
• Champion adoption of emerging patterns (e.g., Server Components) and continuously improve engineering processes

You Might be a good fit If:

• 10+ years in frontend development, building sophisticated SPAs
• 5+ years with React.js (hooks, context API, advanced state management)
• 5+ years with TypeScript at enterprise scale
• Strong command of HTML5, ES6+, and Vite
• Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, async programming, and Git workflows
• Experience with React Testing Library and Vitest
• Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts
• Next.js / Remix, MUI, AngularJS migration experience, design systems, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, open-source contributions
