Senior Full-Stack Developer - Java / React

Elinext is an international IT company specializing in software development and integration for customers worldwide. We help businesses build reliable, scalable, and modern digital solutions across industries such as Fintech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and others.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong Java and React expertise to join a large-scale project in the European banking and financial services domain.

The project is focused on the development, optimization, and support of complex digital solutions used within a large enterprise IT environment.

📍Location: Poland and other EU countries, Georgia, Kazakhstan

✅Responsibilities

— Design, develop, and optimize backend and frontend solutions using Java, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript

— Develop reliable and maintainable full-stack application components

— Structure software development activities using modern engineering methodologies and best practices

— Design and implement complex database models

— Ensure high system and product quality throughout the development lifecycle

— Perform complex error analysis and troubleshoot application and system issues

— Maintain and support responsible applications and services

— Continuously improve existing processes, systems, and technical solutions

— Participate in architectural and technical discussions

— Apply agile software development methodologies to improve delivery cycles and software quality

— Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders in an international environment

— Follow IT security requirements and responsible practices when using AI-assisted development tools

✅Requirements

— Several years of professional experience in full-stack software development

— Strong commercial experience with Java

— Strong hands-on experience with React

— Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

— Experience with modern frameworks, development tools, servers, and design patterns

— Solid experience working with relational databases and complex data models

— Strong understanding of software architecture and maintainable application design

— Practical experience with agile software development methodologies

— Good understanding of IT security principles

— Familiarity with responsible use of AI tools in software development

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

— Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues

— Good communication and collaboration skills

— Strong English communication skills

— German language skills

— Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial services

— Experience working in large enterprise IT environments

— Experience with highly integrated or business-critical systems

— Knowledge of modern CI/CD and cloud-native development practices
