Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer - PHP / Vue.js

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer to join a product development team working on scalable, high-performance web applications.

The role combines backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, search technologies, automated testing, and architectural decision-making.

📌Project Details

Location: Poland or other EU countries

Work format: Remote

Engagement model: B2B contract or employment through an incubator

Language: Fluent English is mandatory

✅Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP 8+ and Vue.js
• Build and integrate backend services with MongoDB and MySQL
• Develop and optimize asynchronous and distributed systems using RabbitMQ and Redis
• Implement and maintain search solutions using Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define features and technical solutions
• Participate in architectural decisions following Domain-Driven Design principles
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Apply Test-Driven Development practices

Maintain code quality using PHPUnit, PHPStan, Code Sniffer, and similar tools

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Work with containerized environments using Docker
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability
• Take ownership of tasks within a Kanban-based workflow
• Independently drive features and technical tasks from concept to production
• Maintain clear communication and visibility of progress

✅Requirement

• Strong commercial experience with PHP (4+)
• Strong experience with modern backend development practices
• Solid frontend development experience with Vue.js
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Strong practical understanding of Domain-Driven Design
• Experience with RabbitMQ
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with Redis
• Experience with MySQL
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Proficiency working in Linux environments
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong testing mindset
• Practical experience with PHPUnit and Test-Driven Development
• Familiarity with PHPStan, Code Sniffer, and other static-analysis tools
• Experience working with Docker
• Experience working within a Kanban process
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
