About the role:
We’re building the foundation for how we plan, operate, and scale revenue across our go-to-market organization. As a Senior GTM Strategy Analyst, you’ll partner directly with the Commercial VP and Directors of EMEA and APAC to drive regional performance consistently delivers against pipeline and revenue targets.
As part of the bridge between global and regional teams, you’ll own strategic planning, performance management, and business casing in your regions. This includes working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to translate strategy into execution, and ensure the GTM engine is operating effectively end-to-end.
What you'll do here:
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Own the regional GTM operating model, translating top-down targets into segmentation, territory design, and rep-level plans
- Own and drive planning frameworks that connect targets to execution mechanics (coverage, capacity, pipeline generation)
- Drive alignment across Sales and Marketing around a single, actionable GTM plan embedded in systems and workflows
Performance Analysis & Insight Generation.
- Own capacity, quota, and productivity models, ensuring alignment between demand, headcount, and targets
- Define and track leading indicators to proactively manage performance against targets
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with stakeholders to improve win-rates, pipeline generation, ramp-time, up-sells and client retention.
Strategic Levers & Business Casing
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives (e.g., pricing changes, new market entry, segmentation shifts)
- Structure business cases with clear ROI, and ensure initiatives are translated into GTM plans, workflows, and KPIs
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to track impact and iterate based on performance data
Systems and data ownership
- Own GTM data model, funnel definitions, and forecasting methodology across systems
- Own data integrity, consistency, and ensure a single source of truth for performance reporting
- Partner with RevOps to optimize core GTM processes (lead routing, stage definitions, forecasting cadences) to support scalable execution
Requirements:
- Analytical Experience: 6+ years experience, 3+ of which should be supporting in GTM, RevOps, or FPA roles with strong modeling and data analysis skills (Excel or BI tools).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business goals to execution frameworks; experience defining GTM levers that drive growth.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (pipeline coverage, retention levers, unit economics).
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record influencing senior commercial leaders through data-driven storytelling.
- Structured Problem-Solving: Frames ambiguous problems into logical, actionable recommendations.
- Execution Through Others: Partners effectively with Sales Ops and Account Ops to translate strategy into execution.
- Written and Visual Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into concise, executive-ready materials.
We are prioritising candidates based in the Netherlands for this role, with an expectation to work in a hybrid setup including in-office presence.
