Mission Brief
We are seeking a strategic, influential, and hands‑on Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in dynamic environments, navigates complexity with confidence, and drives meaningful organizational impact — all without direct people management responsibilities.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Use workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Explore and evaluate multiple strategic options, ask the right questions, and guide leaders toward well‑founded decisions.
- Build strong narratives and provide clear, compelling storytelling to support alignment and change.
- Drive organizational design, talent planning, and succession initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Collaborate effectively across cultures, especially with teams in Germany, Sweden, and Norway.
- Travel occasionally to support leaders and teams across locations.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company values.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
- Work closely with Works Councils with transparency and constructive co‑determination.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Set up and refine HR initiatives, frameworks, and processes where needed
- Drive cross‑functional projects with strong project management discipline.
- Continuously improve HR processes and the employee experience.
- Support leaders through organizational change with clarity and empathy.
- Use Workday effectively for reporting, analytics, and organizational updates.
Qualification Checklist
- Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast‑paced environments.
- Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus.
- Fluent German/English skills.
- Solid Workday proficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives and change.
- Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with both strategic and hands‑on capability.
Bonus Skills
- Additional language skills: Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills are a plus; French is an additional advantage.
