Senior / Lead Software Developer (.NET) | Acumatica | remote from Serbia

Acumatica is a US based cloud ERP product company and a leading provider of business management software. We help small and mid size businesses grow with a modern platform covering Financials, Distribution, CRM, and more.

We are expanding our Construction Operations team in Serbia and looking for a Senior or Lead Software Developer (.NET).

What you will do:

• Design and develop business applications and customizations

• Work across data access, business logic, and presentation layers

• Prototype and build ERP modules using modern technologies

• Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing code

• Analyze and fix issues in production systems

• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

• Support and mentor developers in the ecosystem

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and MS SQL

• Strong skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries

• Experience with Git or other version control systems

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns

• Experience with complex business systems such as ERP, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain

• Strong problem solving skills and ownership mindset

• Good level of English

Nice to have:

• Experience working directly with customers

• Mentoring or leading experience
